Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your honesty and understand that a change in management can lead to uncertainties and a phase of reorientation.

Sincere apologies as you experienced difficulties during the transition period.

Understandably, it initially took some time for the new management to get an overview. After analyzing the status quo, the necessary changes in the processes and working environment were consistently pushed forward. We strongly assume that you have unfortunately left the company during this period. That's a pity, because you didn't have a chance to really get to know the new management and the changes we've made.

We want to assure you that we have made significant efforts to improve the work environment since the change in management. Our focus is on fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and motivated. We have implemented flat hierarchies, encouraging team leads to promote personal responsibility and provide opportunities for growth through training programs, collaborations with business partners, and various other initiatives. Additionally, we offer flexible working arrangements, including home office options, to accommodate individual needs. A highlight is our international world trip: Twice a month we invite all employees to a restaurant to which at least one of our colleagues has a connection.

The trust and the changes have paid off. The uncertainties are no longer noticeable. The new structures and processes are working. Many rather monotonous standard tasks have been automated. Our business has picked up speed, and we are seeing better-than-expected development.

We understand that it can be challenging to trust words alone. We invite you to revisit our company to experience firsthand the improvements we have made. We would be delighted to show you our great culture, the new processes we have implemented, and how they have positively impacted our work environment. We believe that your impression of the new management, professionalism, freedom through automation, and cultural change would likely change quickly.
