The product of the company is really good. The job itself is very interesting and rewarding.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Exceptionally bad decision making, regularly hiring people only to fire them within weeks or a few months without a good reason. No respect towards or appreciation of people, especially student workers. There is something really dysfunctional about how employees are hired and fired in this company.

Hiring and firing people is not a joke. These are real people with lives. Tell them the truth at least, and be honest about what to expect during hiring process.
