The great culture, diversity and trust. I'm really happy to be part of MOIA and I work with a lot of colleagues who are with MOIA for a lot of years, which speaks for itself.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
As mentioned above, salary transparency still is a topic (as in a lot of other companies) in MOIA. It's difficult but not impossible and gives employees the chance to understand and discuss their salary on a more informed way.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There's a lot of freedom how you want to work and how you can work best. Your people manager won't tell you how you have to work but lends a helping hand if needed. Between teams and hierarchy levels there's a lot of trust and everyone is motivated to reach a common goal.
Kommunikation
It's above average compared to most companies, from business goals and decisions to hiring status everything is shared. Salary transparency is not given, this can be improved.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One of the best I've seen and experienced so far. Both in product teams and the design team. People are actively reaching out for a chat or coffee these days (corona remote situation) and stay longer to have a beer after work if you like. If you present your work to the rest of the company, the team is rooting for you and supports you.
Work-Life-Balance
No time tracking and reduced working hours possible.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
A lot of trust, communication and transparency. Everyone can chat with anyone, from C-Level down to interns.
Gleichberechtigung
You can meet a lot of different people in age, gender, culture, ethnicity and career background. Every month a statistic is shared from the P&R team on how diverse MOIA is (in regards of gender and countries of birth). You can also find quite some male and female colleagues on parental leave, and you don't have to worry about your job being gone after you took it. It doesn't matter if you've been out of the job for some months or more than a year, your position is waiting for you.

Haven't seen any difference so far.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The whole idea of MOIA is to reduce traffic and to provide a more sustainable way to move around cities with using electric cars and the pooling service. With company events or on a daily basis, they provide a lot of vegan options as well.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is a bit above average, your public transport ticket is fully compensated. There're a lot of different other benefits like gym memberships, bike rental, bonus payments.

Within the tech industry, MOIA as an employer has a really good reputation and it definitely keeps up to it! Some friends will still make comments regarding the cars always being empty and some drivers (which are not part of the MOIA GmbH but part of MOIA Operations) have another opinion as well.
