There are also instances where feedback is not properly received, which gives the impression that it’s more about the work than the individual.

The office is equipped with modern amenities, including laptops, height-adjustable desks, and a modern kitchen. However, for those who don’t drive, the daily 30-minute walk from the train station to the office is quite inconvenient.
Kommunikation
Communication could be more transparent, especially regarding changes such as staff turnover or restructuring. In some cases, the limited number of supervisors leads to delays and increased stress due to their unavailability.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is okay, and social benefits are slightly above the modern minimum.
