Man findet immer ein offenes Ohr & kann auf gegenseitige Unterstützung zählen - auch bzw. gerade in stressigen Zeiten. Humor ist immer am Start & sorgt zwischendurch für die notwendige Leichtigkeit.

Es wird versucht, offen und transparent zu kommunizieren. Das gelingt... teilweise. Teilweise könnte noch direkter (wer ist gemeint?) und deutlicher (was genau ist zu tun?) kommuniziert werden, um Missverständnisse oder Verzögerungen durch Verständnislücken zu vermeiden. Insgesamt wird Wert auf das Thema Kommunikation gelegt.

Sehr wenig Urlaubstage. Private Termine innerhalb der Arbeitszeiten, bspw. Arzttermine, außerhalb der Arbeitszeit sind möglich, aber weniger gerne gesehen. Urlaubstage müssen im Vorjahr eingereicht werden.
