hinsichtlich meiner Ausbildung vielleicht winzige Kleinigkeiten, aber wenn ich das mit dem vergleiche, was die anderen Azubis in der Berufsschule von deren AG erzählt haben, dann bleibt es bei nicht nennenswerten Kleinigkeiten ...
Schulungen/Trainings/Workshops zu Führungskompetenzen & Konfliktmanagement mit fiktiven Beispielsituationen wären ne super Ergänzung gewesen
meine Ausbilderin war top..... mehr kann ich dazu auch nicht sagen

Colleagues are generally kind and the work, although is tough, is also fun. Office people are good at their jobs.
Restaurant manager, communication, salary.
The fact that the manager is still working there despite tons of complaints made against him shows that there is a huge communication problem between the office and each restaurant, or a possible nepotism in the company. Literally the worst manager I have ever worked with but the company still keeps him no matter what happens.
I worked in Darmstadt. The working atmosphere was awesome except when the manager is there, although he comes almost everyday even when he doesn't work.
Mixed image. I can only speak for Darmstadt, here almost every worker hates the manager and the fake kind image he tries to show at the first time. The image of the company itself is more positive, the people in the office do their jobs good.
Work is number 1 priority. One kitchen worker asked for a free day because his kid was sick but was not allowed by the manager because he thought "work is more important than family" and that the cook should be thankful that he can work there.
Sure you can climb in ranks, but unfortunately the pay doesn't increase accordingly.
Salary is too low. As an acting manager you get minimum wage, which is even lower than students who become supervisors. The tasks and responsibility you have are not equal with the pay.
Use of rebowl for takeaways is nice, trash separation could be a lot better.
The other workers are really solid. A lot of good ones stopped working because of the manager though.
Old people are generally treated good.
The higher ups in the company are actually very kind people. The main problem is they heard everything from the manager and believed him. A lot of ex-workers wrote complaints but was never considered seriously. Recently the manager started a fight with one worker, the worker got fired afterwards but the manager received no punishment whatsoever. There needs to be more channels of communication.
Computer and cashier system work fine. Toilet breaks down every now and then, as well as dishwashers and a lot of things in the kitchen. Usually they get repaired fairly quickly though.
No meeting whatsoever, performance was never rated if it was good but badly spoken if it was bad. The manager treated his workers like horses, forcing them to work more and more. He himself did the minimum and said a lot of times, that the typical physical work like cleaning the tables and polishing utensils are "not a job of a manager."
Women and men are treated equally.
The work itself is quite fun. There are seasonal offerings so the workers learn about them and can offer new things for the guests every month or so
