Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Small agency means you get a lot of responsibility but really no time to get bored.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I worked there during Corona times, thus we could't bee much in the office. But everything worked perfectly!
Image
Small agency doing kick-ass work. No need to pump up the image.
Work-Life-Balance
Very much present!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I didn't stay too long in MOTOR because I moved to another city, but in my job interview they loved the projects I had done there. Pretty sure that helped the process...
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Even with CoVid on the go, everyone was nice and positive. It really felt like home.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They are literally part of the team.
Arbeitsbedingungen
They literally brought an iMac to my apartment to make working from home more comfortable.
Interessante Aufgaben
Just look at the website: amazing projects from super nice clients. And one or two initiatives as well.
