Happy in my role and at MPB

I really enjoy working at MPB and there has been quite a significant shift in the atmosphere. MPB has taken in a lot of feedback, and is doing more and more things, such as events, etc. to increase satisfaction.

The Colleagues are great, and I feel everyone is open and appreciative towards each other.
Work-Life-Balance
It's fast paced, and always a lot to do. It's not expected to work overtime though, and fulltime working hours are 37.5h
