I like how the HR takes care of many important topics which I didn't experience in my career journey. There open discussion culture and its not only discussion but you see implementation also. I see full ownership and testing new strategies without forcing their own ways in Marketing. Respecting new ideas and giving the leverage to implement the ideas is quite normal here.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There are always good and bad things. A little more structure can make the work day way better. Prior planning should be implemented across departments and last minute changes should be avoided. Important announcements made in German are within teams, better onboarding processes for internationals is something the company can work on. The positive thing is if you give feedback, there would be action on it.

Work life balance is something that can be worked on. English should be implemented as a second language in ALL departments, instead of only a few.
Arbeitsbedingungen
All equipment is provided in the office. Apple accessories. Plus home office furniture is also offered. I wish the delivery was also included but we have to take care of it by ourselves.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Overall environment is very polite with one another. The management pushes employees to translate in English so that internationals also understand. There is a problem of communication between team members in some departments but the management is working to resolve it.
Gehalt/Benefits
Given the work load, better salaries should be offered.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is always room for improvement. I recently heard offering mentorship or educating the team to learn and implement new strategies, which seems interesting. You can expect growth in a fast paced growing brand if you really work hard in your position.
