Der Umgang miteinander und die Atmosphäre sind wirklich fantastisch.
Everyone is always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure I feel comfortable.
The overall company image is very positive, both internally and externally

There is a strong sense of equality and fairness across the company
The tasks are interesting and varied, which keeps the work motivating
What I like about mute-labs, is that every employees are very passionate about their job and they like to share about it!
The workimg atmosphere is great, I love to come every day
I'm really proud being part of mute-labs
Clear goals, transparent communication
Transparency at mute-labs is something I never experienced that much before
- the atmosphere at the office and the fact that everyone works together at all times to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
- the way we are treated by managers and leadership - no one is "too high level" to listen to concerns or get involved in an urgent topic if that's necessary
- practically no entitlement in the team - everyone helps out at the office and feels responsible for the culture and the team spirit
- nothing is "bad" - there are some growing pains like in every young company - some processes are missing but they are being worked on
- I enjoy coming to the office every day
- Lots of parents in the company and a general sense that work needs to be done during the core hours of the company, which pushes you to prioritize and be more effective
- Personally, I appreciate the separation between home and office as it contributes greatly to work-life balance for me
- Every 2 years, we plant a tree in Brandenburg for each booth sold
- VERY supportive team and lovely people who genuinely care about the company, our customers, and each other
We have quite a diverse team, also in terms of age - you can both learn from more experienced colleagues and help them advance in topics like using gen AI at work. This process is natural and works because of everyone's collaborative team spirit.
- Lovely spacious office with a rooftop terrace in a great location in Berlin Mitte
- LOTS OF mute-labs booths for you to do calls and focus work in if you prefer
- Lots of women in leadership roles and so far, only positive impressions in this area
Nice team
The company could improve the communication to the employees, as well as find innovative ways to recognize the outstanding work of their employees and to motivate them in doing better.
I think the management could be a bit more transparent and direct when transmitting messages to the employees.
All the colleagues are friendly and eager to help which increases the productivity between departments.
Working from the office from my role proves sometimes to be challenging for productivity as the office is open also between the two floors and there's not a lot of natural light which cause strain on the eyes
The communication from the management is not always clear.
A wonderful office located in the heart of Berlin filled with great colleagues. It is an office first culture which has the added benefit that it creates a wonderful community and vibe. The company cares a lot about its employees and the company culture is an incredibly positive one.
You will find this here if this is what you are looking for. No late office hours, no working on weekends.
They plant trees once a year in Brandenburg to offset the need of their materials that are put into their products.
Lovely colleagues with a wonderful company culture
A lot of older colleagues as well as young ones. The medium age is older than what one often finds at a startup in Berlin which is quite a positive thing as it leads to more experienced people and collaboration.
The management and leadership team is a great one. They are all kind people that care a lot about the company as well as its employees. The founder is also extremely involved in a positive way
As always with a start-up there is much that could be improved with the communication when it comes to projects and cross-departmental collaboration. That being said, it is also far better that at many companies I have been. Most importantly, the communication is always respectful
There is always something that could be improved which makes for an exciting project. The product is an interesting one which adds to the value
- You are truly the owner of your scope. You're empowered to drive your topics and make the final call.
- Great set of company values that are actually used to guide us to the right direction. Work is very 'no bullshit'.
- Colleagues treat each other with authenticity. You can be vulnerable, you're given the space to 'make mistakes' and learn, and people are very supportive.
We plant a tree for every booth we sell, and we do it ourselves. In our last tree-planting team activity, I planted over 200 trees myself. We also have other team volunteering opportunities.
Though the company is small (40 people), we have a very diverse team in terms of gender, age, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, and nationality. And none of these factors serve as barriers to getting your voice heard or advancing your career.
