Managers should strengthen their communication with employees and avoid micromanaging them. Employees should be given more trust and autonomy in their roles. At the same time, managers should recognize that employees are often expected to take on responsibilities beyond their job descriptions, while still being required to prove significantly more in order to receive even small salary increases.
The management team needs to undergo some changes and improvements.

The company could improve the communication to the employees, as well as find innovative ways to recognize the outstanding work of their employees and to motivate them in doing better.
I think the management could be a bit more transparent and direct when transmitting messages to the employees.
All the colleagues are friendly and eager to help which increases the productivity between departments.
Working from the office from my role proves sometimes to be challenging for productivity as the office is open also between the two floors and there's not a lot of natural light which cause strain on the eyes
