Native Instruments is an industry giant that rightly had an absolutely great image for years. A lot has changed internally in recent years, which will gradually become apparent in terms of products, quality and image.

It varies. There are some great managers who know what they are doing and challenge and encourage their team. There are also those who do everything they can to make a name for themselves and get ahead and avoid making clear decisions so as not to step on anyone's toes, which means that everyone ends up doing what they want and there are hardly any consequences.
The constantly changing C-level brings in too much uncertainty, bad decisions and their own interests, creating a general sense of insecurity in the company. If this is addressed and criticized, employees can very suddenly disappear.
Gleichberechtigung
Equal rights are communicated and celebrated, but hardly ever really take place; leadership is largely male.
Diverse colleagues (BPOC, LGBTQ+, mothers/pregnant women) are removed from teams more often than others. In some departments, employees are harassed until they sign termination agreements if it is not possible to fire them under German labor law. For Women's Day, there are LinkedIn posts and roses again.
Complaints about sexual harassment are swept under the carpet.
