Main communication Channel is Skype, crazy isn´t it?
If you do not respond in one second to an important information or to a "change" that is done depending of the humor of your direct boss or the "Big Boss", you are considered irresponsible or you can miss something that can affect your work directly.
Funny is that the people who are usually writing in skype are the ones that work the less (but earn the most).

People are generally nice. Sometimes there are a lot of gossips, but it is understandable taking in count the conditions of the place.
Work-Life-Balance
It does not exist. You might get messages or emails during the weekends or at midnight from your boss.

Usually good and professional managers do not last.

I will be fair: you will learn a lot by yourself trying to cope with new requirements and crazy last minute changes.

This deserves attention: If you decide to work there, ask your VALUE in money as you will face a lot of challenges/problems and you will do tons of extra hours.
Usually they play the card that they do not have much budget but this is usually a lie. Also take in mind that the internal structure is super flat and your direct supervisor might earn 80-90% MORE than you, even if you do all the dirty work.
