Fantastic Company with great values and strong solutions and products.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The great thing about NAVVis is its employees and colleagues. They are internationally diverse and young, with excellent educational backgrounds. Hierarchies are not particularly important, and that's a good thing. Typically, one looks forward to the week ahead on Sunday evening.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No clear car policy.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
NAVVis is sometimes too academic. Many things are looked at from different angles. A bit more get-it-done ambition would be good.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Navvis is a technology company. Still a good mix between startup style and business.
Work-Life-Balance
Okay. Yes we work a lot. But it was always no problem if children were sick or something.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very good. Always had time for a talk or a walk. Values such as honesty and decency are held in very high regard. Example: The CEO values the intern's opinion just as much as that of the management.
Kommunikation
Transparent and recurring
Gleichberechtigung
Sure.
Interessante Aufgaben
Because of the growth there was every year new company with new challenges.
