The work its not bad, every employee say this, the people in there are the problem, the manager and the most of employees

The working hours are normal from morning till evening, but I heard a lot a question that I didn’t think I will heard sometime, and that is “What’s more important, family or the job?” like the job should be more important than family and loved ones

Old scanners that disconnect from internet and u can’t do ur work as h should and then u are guilty that u doing it slow, in the summer it’s extremely hot in there, there is ventilation from what I know but they don’t use it

Never listen what it's your opinion, the manager says his opinion and even if it’s wrong it’s doesn’t matter, u don’t have a word to say
Gleichberechtigung
No one advence, u do maybe more important things to say like that but fore the same money, it is people there that are working for 5 years and knows in some cases more than the manager but still take the same salary as the newest employee
Interessante Aufgaben
U do whatever it is to do in there if they consider u can do it but the salary it’s never rising no matter what u do, u have more responsibilities than other? Doesn’t matter, u still have the same salary
