Nice Workplace!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Almost everything.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
A little more money XD
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In the office there a very warm and nice atmosphere. Sometimes you just feel like you are at home.

It is PERFECT
Work-Life-Balance
The shifts are planned months in advance so it is very easy to know when you have days off to plan something. It would be amazing if everyone could get at least two weekends off as by now some don´t even get one weekend off but maybe that will come with time. Just be patient.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are possibilities to grow in the company.
Gehalt/Benefits
A little more money would be nice and also some extras for the Sundays and public holidays but this is a startup so maybe this will also happen in future.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
5 Stars, nothing to add.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues here are the BEST !!!
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Everyone is respected and treated equally. Age doesn´t really matter.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Never had any problem with any of the superiors. If you´re attitude is right, you respect the rules and do your job the right way they will not have a problem with you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office here is really a great workplace. Modern tools, nice rooms
and big windows to let sunlight and fresh air in. We have a fully furnished kitchen, big refrigerators ... Just everything you need.
Kommunikation
It is super easy to communicate with other colleagues or superiors even if you don´t wanna do it in person and you will mostly get an answer very fast. Also you can always ask in person if you have questions, whatever it is and they are always ready to help.
Gleichberechtigung
I´ve never felt like I was discriminated against. I have felt accepted and welcomed since day 1.
Interessante Aufgaben
The job can get boring because you do the same thing for 8 hours a day but with the nice and fun colleagues here everything is more fun.
