This company marked the beginning of my career in Germany, and from the start I felt welcomed and well integrated. The working environment is structured, calm, and stable, with clear processes and expectations.
Daily work is well organized and largely stress free, and the team atmosphere is very positive with supportive colleagues. The office is located in one of the most attractive areas of Hamburg and offers excellent public transport connections.
In my department, work is currently carried out 100% on site in the office. If feasible, it could be beneficial to introduce the option for employees to choose one day per week to work from home. Additionally, I would personally appreciate employee benefits related to physical recovery and well being, such as corporate discounts for massage or wellness services, as most of the work is desk based. It would also be helpful to have clearer guidelines on whether bringing pets to the office is allowed.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the company. It offers stability, a respectful working culture, and equal treatment regardless of nationality, gender, or personal background.
