Very concient. The CEO and team are involved in various social events parallel to the normal tasks.

The CEO is a strong visionary person. He brings in years of experience and is very happy to share and support. The collaboration also as an external/freelancer is without any problems.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The team is 100% hybrid and working from all regions of the world. The CEO is making a huge effort in gathering the team in different spots, being in Germany, Denmark or Faroes Islands. Within the country team we are working closely and smoothly together.
Kommunikation
I have selten experienced such direct and fluid communication, where everyone can talk to everyone. Even though each of course has their tasks and responsibility areas, the communication across the company is uncomplicated and always with the focus on what serves the customers the best.

The company is in strong growth which gives everyone an opportunity to get involved where you feel that you can create added value. I have no complaints at all about the tasks - I would wish I had more time to do more.
