I loved the honesty, openness and comfortability there. We have "relaxing" stuff there as well including a Band Room and Gaming Room to refresh your mind in breaks.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
NR should give Market-competitive salaries, because I have found there that employees are extremely talented as compared to the other companies, but are relatively getting paid lesser.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Task's proper lifecycle should be followed, including Code-Reviews. That's what I missed.

As mentioned in my headline, the working atmosphere at Netresearch is very comfortable, cooperative and friendly.

I only worked in one team during my time at NR, and within the team I loved the cooperation.

Because of the Self-Organizing teams, mostly the decisions were made by the team members themselves regarding specific tickets.
Interessante Aufgaben
It depends on the project really. In most of the projects I found the tasks quite interesting for myself and workload was fairly distributed.
Gleichberechtigung
There are not many women in the development side, so I am not sure. However in management mostly there are women and they seem quite comfortable, so it's def. a plus point when it comes to equal rights.

Again there are not many old colleagues, I think the median and as well as mean Age at NR is around 35.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I loved the working conditions at NR. Any hardware you need, you'd get it in no time. Technologies are always up-to-date and is continuosly being supoprted by the IT team. General working environment in the rooms are comfortable also.
