Be very careful going here

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Be very careful joining here and especially quitting your job for this. They are totally unorganized and can cancel a project very quickly without any logical explanation whatsoever. Communication is very bad, people leave or get promoted after 2 months without any logic behind it. Please be aware after all the investment rounds that are necessary how much percentage of your startup you would still own! Its very little in the end, much less than it looks initially. Although even in the beginning its not so much.
