Maybe use something actually secure for the Office instead of a sic digit number as a password. This is pathetic. Don't make employees use their private computers and phones so they can work. This company has a 30 million Euro profit margin, but it cheap und petty towards employees, it should be investigated.

If you don't question anything, you're good. Otherwise you get on some sort of "probation".

Interessante Aufgaben
Repetitiv, boring and a lot of things have to bedocumented douple or trice, as if API's were an imaginary thing. But a functional implemented API would need a competent IT department, which is not existing.
