You can do as much Home office you like and generally colleagues are chill.

Business and operational communication is non existent.
When you onboard there is no single documentation to help you navigate within the company,the department and the new position.
Everything is last minute and always very "urgent" but there is no preparation in the background.
Vehicle company with no scheme or sales on vehicle for employees, neither possibly of company car.

Invest on good employees and not overpaid underskilled ones. Focus on business and not on Nio houses
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Yearly layoffs for positions that they rehire some months later, just to refire. Endless cycle without any real justification/ criterias on the selection of dismissed employees. This leads to constant stress due to extreme unstability and lack of planning from company's side. There is no real interest to enhance the spirit or bring together the employees. No real team building or come together sessions, the only event existig is a Christmas come together in the cafeteria of the building for coffee and cakes.

If you stop caring to fix the chaos then there is no problem. However the constant instability and lay offs have big impact

Depends on manager. There are really good ones who are proactive, communicate stuff on time and take responsibility for teams, and others who just exist not knowing/ doing the basics

Too few meeting rooms. Laptops & mobiles, ok, but nothing special
Kommunikation
No communication at all. Departments from China contact at the very lat minute for "urgent" tasks, or contact only once they have made a mess out of everything. Art of communication is a extensive chat group including at least 20 colleagues... From the local HR, Administration dpt, etc, there is absolutely nothing. HR does not even communicate news regarding promotions, bonuses, payment adjustments. You need to ask around to check what is happening. Work in the company for 2 years, and have never seen or contacted by anyone from these departments.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good but does not worth, as due to constant lay offs most will not manage to claim the extras. The promotion % is just a joke.
