do not value of good people, favoritism for promotions, some seniors harasses juniors, no worklife balance, manager expect you to work on weekends, work from home within Germany is a rule only applicable for some people whereas it is ok for leadership members to exploit that. Overall bad work environment and you suffocate in role.
