Very nice company with a solid background. Well established development process. Great connection to Canon Inc. Office building in the middle of fields, villages around it - peaceful and beautiful. Company has Kita for employees as part of the office building.
There is nothing bad in the company itself, all depends on your expectations.

The company is pretty stable as it is and there is no much space for career growth.
Personal development and education of developers is also not a priority for the company. Pluralsight subscription is available. If you want to study something, or have a course, or visit a conference, you need to prove that the company will directly benefit from that. I would say, the self-development is tolerated, but not much supported :-)
There are no actually flat structures in companies, but IMO at NT-ware it's as flat as possible.
The working conditions are good, however there is no choice and there is no preference. Hardware, software, furniture in the office: you have what you get and you can't argue. No customization/preference is possible, personal requests are rejected.
As always, it all depends on your position and your skills
It's a product company and the product is in production. Don't expect experiments and cutting edge technologies. The focus and only priority is to improve the product functionality not the technology under the hood.
