As stated above, I think focusing on happiness at work is key: a lot has been done regarding work conditions, but more can be done to reward the employees and provide them recognition when they achieve heavy tasks

Coworkers were always available to help, give tips and take part in the training process

Rather good overall in the company, the business context was however making it more intense for my position, weekly work hours were variating between 45-50 hours, still very doable and certainly more comfortable than some other types of jobs

Very good mentorship, lots of time and efforts spent on trainings and checkups. Good recognition of the tasks achieved by interns/employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
Highly diverse tasks, including marketing channel management (marketplaces, affiliations, SEA, price comparators), category management, pricing, product content management, legal affairs, and some extras. Lots of interesting topics despite, sometimes, some very operational tasks.
Gleichberechtigung
Very open-minded people, treating everyone equally, that was very pleasant.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Given the company is a start-up leveraging lots of rather new jobs, the employee age range was quite short. I was the youngest though and I have always been granted lots of credibility.

Successful and well-considered start up, even though it doesn't have the same corporate brand image as multinationals, a fact that is over-offset by the quality of training
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Definitely a great place to work, acquire new skills and handle multiple projects at the same time. That has truly been a game-changer during my next professional experiences.
