I had a very pleasant experience, it was one of those rare interviews where people who are interviewing you feel human. They were very nice, very relatable, approachable and I overall enjoyed it. Regardless of the outcome for the next round (although fingers crossed), I left feeling good and if anything, I now have an even better impression of the company and the motivation to work there than I did prior to the interview. I especially appreciate not being asked typical, basic questions (i.e. where do you see yourself in 5 years, why this job/company, what is your biggest flaw, three words to describe you). I truly hate those and I think they do not allow you to really meet the candidate and see if they are a fit, so I was happy to have a natural conversation, where I was asked interesting questions. Overall, the entire process felt natural and personal, rather than the usual basic and robotic.
