All colleagues do their best to make the start as uncomplicated as possible. The office is beautiful and the colleagues are very friendly.

The working hours are flexible. Fair amount of vacation days and the possibility to reduce overtime if there is any.

I experienced the company as an unhealthy and unprofessional environment. During my 2 years, I felt bullied, marginalized, micromanaged, and never safe. The fast exchange of my team members put a high level of stress on me. I had the impression that it was not possible for me to work rational or professional. I experienced a very strong hierarchy where every small mistake was used to manipulate and devalue. I personally missed sustainability. Despite this, I felt my coworkers as very capable very friendly, and honest. Still, I wouldn't recommend this company as a good place to work as it was a very unhealthy environment.

Young, highly international team and friendly working atmosphere. Company values are strongly promoted and the employees are encouraged to show appreciation towards others which is something I find really good. There are also cool company events.

Flexible working hours (though I would prefer a bit shortened core working hours, such as 10-16 or even 10-15 – I think many early birds would really like it), flexibility when it comes to home office, it is also possible to occasionally work from abroad (within the EU). If you happen to have some private appointments during your working time, it should be no problem to attend them.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, I did receive a lot of support in my first weeks and was always encouraged to ask questions in case of any doubts. The atmosphere is in general relaxed, you can easily chat with basically anyone.

Most of the employees are rather young but in any case I did not notice any difference in communication between "younger" and "older" colleagues.

I receive regular feedback, can any time ask any kind of questions and in case of doubts, my manager is alwas there. I am also given quite a lot of flexibility and freedom in terms of performing my tasks. Overall, I value this a lot.

What I find particularly important: instead of being a typical open space, the office consists of many smaller and bigger rooms, with a couple of working spots per room as a maximum (probably especially during the pandemics) so you can work calmly with really few people around you and no one looking at your screen or walking around all the time. There are working stations in some of the rooms where you can plug in your laptop to have multiple screens.
Besides, the office is modern and perfectly equipped, there are a few kitchens with coffee machines, all sorts of tea, free snacks etc. as well as a common space with tables, in case you want to have lunch at the office.
