People's opinions and suggestions for improvements are heard by the team and implemented by the management. Everyone can bring themselves in.

The company has a policy of no hard deadlines, which is sometimes softened when the product is to be demonstrated. The company could embrace hybrid work culture a bit more, currently it is quite rigid and requires management approval ahead of time.

Initially, the work conditions seemed a bit old-fashioned and rigid. However, as the team voiced concerns and suggested improvements, the management has allowed us to create a very productive and modern work environment.

Large desks, which are soon replaced by convertible standing-desks. Big, modern high-resolution computer screens and all the equipment needed for comfortable working.
Kommunikation
The communication channels are working well, on-site and remote, and employees' need for uninterrupted work is respected. In quarterly meetings with dinner parties, the whole company is updated on other departments' progress.
