Often we work cross functional on different projects and I really enjoy working with different colleagues and enjoy any opportunity to learn from the smart and quick-witted people I work with #foster a caring culture

I get a lot of autonomy from my lead. He is a fantastic sparringspartner and asks the right questions, furthermore he also listening and taking constructive feedback as something we can work on together. I feel appreciated for the work I do # become a better leader

Gehalt/Benefits
I`m happy with my salary and am aware how the promotion system works. We still don't have too many active benefits (like tickets for public transport or gym memberships)

My tasks are quite versatile, which keeps me on my toes and since I can set my own priorities and focal points I really enjoy what I´m doing.
