I get a lot of autonomy from my lead. He is a fantastic sparringspartner and asks the right questions, furthermore he also listening and taking constructive feedback as something we can work on together. I feel appreciated for the work I do # become a better leader

My tasks are quite versatile, which keeps me on my toes and since I can set my own priorities and focal points I really enjoy what I´m doing.

I`m happy with my salary and am aware how the promotion system works. We still don't have too many active benefits (like tickets for public transport or gym memberships)
