Bi-weekly All Hands as well as monthly Oetker Digital Days always keep employees updated about upcoming events, goals, OKRs and the future of Oetker Digital in general.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Of course there is always room for improvement, but in general i would say that Oetker Digital pays quite a competitive salary regarding the german market.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Employees can spend a proper budget for advanced training per year as well as some days for educational leave. Unfortunately this is only or at least partially available after succeeding the probation. Not ideal but understandable.
