Verbesserungsvorschläge
A good thing would be to have a set evaluation meeting every week with the whole team, to get everyone together and talk about goals and what we have done so far. That would help with the team feeling and would be good for the communication.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The founders are both very nice and open, just like the whole team. It always felt good to come to the office in the morning.
Kommunikation
Usually good and clear communication. If something is unclear both founders always take time to clarify, discuss etc. I was never afraid to ask questions or tell them how I felt about certain things at work.
Some weeks I would have liked more discussions and meetings though with the whole team to see where everyone is at and emphasize the feeling of being a whole team working together towards one goal.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We ask and help each other without hesitating. It never feels like you are alone.
The team of interns are close, and always have fun during lunch breaks. Usually the founders are there too, and then it is a real family feeling. The goal is to always have lunch together. The founders are fun to be around.
Work-Life-Balance
If there is a lot to do during a period the interns were kindly asked to not choose to have holiday during that time, which is understandable. Other than that the founders are very open and understanding when it comes to take our free days. Its a 40 hour work week, where some weeks require a few more hours and some weeks a few less. In total there is a good work-life-balance.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The founders are almost always involving the rest of the team in decision making. When it comes to design, which my internship mostly were about, I got to make a lot of decisions, both on my own and together with the others. This was one of the best things about the internship. I really felt important, and I got to take a lot of responsibility. That would not have happened if I was at a bigger company or if I did not have the founders there to encourage me to be my best self. The goals are usually realistic, but sometimes the time is not enough for a certain projects to be finished.
Interessante Aufgaben
I loved what I got to do. I designed the website and most things around it. I got to design both print and web things that now are officially used by the company. It is an amazing feeling to feel that my work is actually needed and appreciated. The workload was fairly divided.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Its a good looking and cozy office. I got everything I needed to work. Comfortable chairs, which was good for me who was not used to work everyday in an office. Sometimes during the hot summer days the office got really hot, but with the use of a fan it was bearable to still work.

The company is actively aware of environmental issues and protection. Thats in the whole Olav philosophy.
