One of the great aspects of working at Oliva is the immediate sense of contribution to the company's growth. Management actively seeks and values improvement suggestions from employees at all levels. If you're interested in the hands-on experience of building a tech consulting firm, Oliva is an excellent choice. multiple ideas and imporvement suggestion of mine were implemented while I was still a junior.

This relates to the consultancy nature of work. As a tech consultant paid by the hour, it's unrealistic not to expect firm deadlines every now and then. However, management is doing its best to make things easier for employees. There aren't hard fixed working hours; instead, it's up to you to decide. I have never felt pressure to stay longer hours.

Employees have the flexibility to choose what and how they want to learn, whether through courses, training projects, or assisting senior colleagues with coding projects. Additionally, there are engaging coding challenges for newcomers. In summary, employees are well-supported and given ample freedom in their learning endeavors.

Since Oliva is a young consultancy startup, most of your projects will be with the customer team, not the internal team. However, internal communication is smooth and direct, all employees are roughly the same age, and share the same tech curiosity. Seniors are willing to help. Honestly, after 6 months, I was working with my friends, not just work colleagues.
