Don't go if you value operational efficiency and a fair environment
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nice office, 60% home office allowed (only 2 days in the office)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Stop the blaming culture and politics. Focus on operational excellence.
Promote people who want to do good things and not just work on their career..
Arbeitsatmosphäre
New office is great
Kommunikation
Communication is bad. Company is going global however global jobs are not posted so no possibility to show interest or apply.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depends - often well
Work-Life-Balance
Japanese culture - be aware about that. Official statement is work life balance, however you get calls on the weekends or in the evenings 8 PM. As many people have left the company there is far too much work for not enough people.
Interessante Aufgaben
You mainly work reactive (especially when dependent on IT). System landscape is crazy, improvements in silos, recommendations from experts not taken into account. The higher you are in hierarchy, the more your can decide even if you have ZERO experience in a certain area. And that is how the system landscape look like: completely siloed, no efficiency, no steering on global level at all.
Projects are reported "green" even though they are red to just save the career. People working in operations can then do workarounds.
Arbeitsbedingungen

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Company is going global however global jobs are not posted so no possibility to show interest or apply.
