All Dev processes are excellently organized, and I believe this is primarily due to the efforts of our Team Lead. He has done a tremendous job in creating a team that has worked together seamlessly for many years, and in the last five years, not a single employee has left the team.

I haven't encountered this, as far as I know everything is fine
Interaction with older colleagues
I don't know what specific age we are talking about. On average, the age of employees is from 20 to 45 years old, I think this is ok. But it seems to me that any age is not a problem in the company.

It's ok. Comfortable office, fruit, coffee, opportunity to work hybrid remotely
