The product and service, and also the idea, was really good.

Where the product is amazing, the future just wasn't. Mismanagement just ended what could have been an amazing journey.
If even the last speeches only talk about what "they" have done wrong, or the "timing" is off, then you've forgetten that you run this company.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
At least look in the mirror once in a while. Having big meetings with a lot of management, but hardly having someone to execute, is not a way to move a company forward. Stick to lean and small at the top, not a heavy top end.

Colleagues were absolutely marvellous, nice office, good parties.
Kommunikation
Management had a really hard time making decisions, mostly put into the teams to 'solve' themselves. With that comes a responsibility put to the teams, that was judged by management. Management would never take the blame themselves, the problem always was somewhere else.

As written before, management had a really hard time making, and keeping to their own decisions. There is always a bigger stakeholder, or team, they'd rather blame then themselves. Taking a good look in the mirror is not something they would do in the morning.

putting real cars, in real life, controlled by only your phone, in the real world, was something I enjoyed every day.
