Very good experience working at OroraTech
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I like lots of things, the key ones:
1. The industry: company works in the new space industry developing nanosatellites for wildfire detection, what is both relevant in interesting;
2. The team: you can always get support from your colleagues, that is quite important, at least, during the first days at the new place;
3. Flexible internal rules: you can easily combine work with study, family, leisure time.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The only suggestion is to increase the office space, but it will be made anyway within the next weeks.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A very appealing company culture formed by young and committed specialists.
Work-Life-Balance
The work is organized according to the employee's current load (study at university, for example), so you do not feel overloaded.
Diversität
The team is international
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Work is well-coordinated.
Kommunikation
Quite effective. You can always get consultattion regarding any question you have.
Interessante Aufgaben
This is one of the main advantages. Employees always have lots of tasks they can work on independently and have much freedom to implement their own ideas and creative potential.
