The company provides a good amount of leave and work-life balance is respected. Some overtime might be necessary seasonally, but requests for time off are promptly approved and sick leave is always treated sensitively.

I probably can not be promoted beyond where I currently am in the company, but feel my ideas and suggestions are taken seriously, and am given plenty of growth and development opportunities.
Gehalt/Benefits
I think salaries can always be better, but I feel fairly compensated for what I do. Steps have been taken over the last year to establish clear and fair policies dealing with leave, etc. Maybe clear processes for salary reviews can be established as well.

The company recycles and takes steps to lower its carbon footprint (by limiting printing and encouraging the use of public transport), but it is limited in what it can do on a social responsibility level.

In my experience, people treat each other with respect and the mood in the office is usually friendly and warm.

There does not seem to be any age discrimination in the company.

In my experience, the leadership team sets realistic expectations.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is in a lovely area of Berlin, with excellent public transport opportunities (bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn). The office is well equipped with technology, good lighting, plenty of natural light and access to a kitchen.
Kommunikation
This is something the company can improve on, but is already better than in the past. As some members of the team work remotely, information is not always shared effectively, but measures are constantly taken to find ways to improve this.

Women are offered the same opportunities as men.
Interessante Aufgaben
I am always allowed to plan my department's tasks independently, while having regular access to my manager for guidance. While many of the tasks in my department are routine and administrative in nature, involvement in projects outside of the day to day tasks is encouraged.
