Within few years, we experienced colleagues burned out or close to it, every few months someone "disappears". Pressure is constant, resources are low, company culture is hysterical, somehow a mix of Rocket and Zalando. Get used to an office space far from any "cool" space in Berlin, your desk is from Ikea, your chairs provide no comfort, the coffee machine makes an average cappuccino, there is no common space to seat and relax. On top of this, high speed, stress and low resources: the result is an extreme employee turnover, waves of people leaving and coming.
