We have an amazing team and great working atmosphere and team spirit. The company does a lot to connect everyone, organizing regular team events and company parties (summer & winter) which are always amazing! The product and projects I get to work on are state-of-art and I can learn and develop my skill set in an environment that supports change and challenge. I could not be happier with both my tasks and the working environment.
Also, we receive regular updates on what is going on in other departments and the whole company comes together once a week to share news or interesting projects.
From leaders to founders everyone is approachable and incredibly friendly. People are open for improvements and I can take on a lot of responsibility which was not the case in any of my previous companies.
