As in "The Expert (Short Comedy Sketch)": you'd try to be sound, they'd ask for red lines, but with transparent ink.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Too much work for too few people. Even the customers don't get the full stylist treatment anymore, but a short phone interview.
Kommunikation
Some would rather prefer to go for lunch than be in the town hall meeting. On a day you'd get informed that there are many open positions, the next day they'd fire 10% of the employees and cut new hiring to 0.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Good cohesion in the teams, but between the teams it was not good. No real collaboration, but division into "builder" and "seller" teams by the management.
Work-Life-Balance
Top management called people in the gym at 10 pm and yelled at them. Middle management would ask you to estimate sixteen month long projects within a day.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
People got fired on the last day of their probation, company wide announcement with deadlines without consultation, department leads/heads overstepped their areas of responsibility.
Interessante Aufgaben
Yes, but quality was not an aspect of the duties.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Cheap desks and chairs, rooms overfilled with people. 37°C room temperature during summers.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Some colleagues were underpaid severely and quit.
Image
Just Survivorship Bias.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No room to develop people/teams.
