Departments are understaffed and some are overworked. The overall atmosphere is good except for those departments where managers fight each other

HoldCo does not provide an open communication so that company's strategy is clear. All those presentations are mostly bla bla blaa,, when it comes to actual work related tasks everything is unclear or takes ages to be provided from them.

Good and Bad depending in which department you work. Mostly there is a good collegial atmpophere

Salaries could be better, especially for those foreign employees being here on a work Visa who are extremely underpaid.

Nothing exciting to add here. A lot of work is needed from HR to built capacities and develop people but HR is currently non existent.
