The working atmosphere in the office hits a very good balance between professionalism and relaxed atmosphere.
Only the office is a little too small at the moment. But with everyone being very respectful and kind towards one another and knowing that we will move into a new office soon, this isn't a big deal either.
The PR and marketing team does an excellent job here.
Absolutely no complaints at all from a working student perspective.
Our team lead is genuinely concerned about our well-being and will always ensure that this comes first. When there's a bigger workload coming up, he'll always offer his support.
Upon that, the HR team always ensures, you're not working overtime and will repeatedly remind you to take your remaining (carry-over) vacation days.
There is a training budget for full-time employees, not for working students, which is understandable though.
Apart from that, regular 1:1 meetings and development plans.
Above average salary for working students.
There is waste sorting and and some efforts to implement initiatives to become more sustainable. But there is definitely still some space for improvement.
Nothing negative to mention here. Parloa even offers a buddy program for new-joiners to ensure a smooth and warm start into the work life here.
Super fair and fun atmosphere within my team as well who are all very supportive.
I would also like to highlight how appreciative the each management level is towards the the employees at all times.
The communication culture here is for the most parts very transparent throughout every department and seniority level.
Open and reflective communication is constantly being fostered and there are continuous efforts made to improve on this aspect.
The only reason why it's not 5/5 here is due to the vast growth of the company, sometimes it can be a but difficult to adapt the communication structure right away.
Despite the nature of my core-tasks can have a tendency to get boring, it doesn't at all due to the growth of the company and the continuous process-improvements we are developing.
