kostenlose Verfügung von Parkplätzen, kostenloses warmes Abendessen, Getränke nach Belieben
Suggestions for improvement
Für die erbrachte Arbeitsleistung mehr Lohn zahlen und v.a. mehr Personal einstellen. Dann müssen auch die Besucher des Festivals nicht so lange auf ihre Bestellung warten.
Working conditions
Unterbesetzung an den Theken, Überarbeitung, Unzufriedenheit der Gäste (wegen langer Wartezeiten), Bustransfer für die Mitarbeiter wurde zu wenig angeboten weshalb man als Mitarbeiter nach Schichtende (meist so gegen 1 oder 2 Uhr) lange bis nach Hause braucht

Sehr lange Arbeitszeiten, Unterbezahlung, Unterbesetzung, zu wenig Personal, unfreundliche Thekenchefs
