There are a lot of initiatives taken by management and the team to contribute to a nice atmosphere

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The relationship to management is very easy going and relaxed, which affects the team quite positively. Goals are not always set realistically. Many times projects are rushed through and no feedback is given in the end which provides room for improvement.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The team is great - very dynamic and want to make things happen. Everybody is very helpful.

Interessante Aufgaben

If you want to take over responsibilities and are ready to take credit for it you can have it. It´s a great place to learn and grow within a short period of time.

Kommunikation

Most decisions are not very transparent. It is very hard to feel part of the whole. Weekly meetings in the team are not always present, since there is no time.

Karriere / Weiterbildung

No training or further education.

Gehalt / Sozialleistungen

A lot of responsibilities for very little money.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Slow internet and computers are not working properly. Meetings are held in the kitchen since there are not sufficient meeting rooms.
