Overall I personally believe the measures they took were fair and clever. Priority was given to health of course and to avoid any lay-offs. Now they are also focusing on flexibility. As of the current situation (just after 1st lockdown was lifted) we are given the opportunity to go back to the office if we wish to do so but it is not a must-do at all. Remote work has been working really well for the agency I believe and implemented/managed in a great fashion. Congrats.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Definitely something managed very well by Peak Ace. I have always felt treated fairly, I have always felt trusted and was given a great level of independence.
Kommunikation
You can see that the management is making a lot of effort to always communicate things on time and in the most human/respectful manner. The same goes for every employee as they are led by example and trained to communicate in a similar fashion. The hierarchy is also pretty flat which always helps for spontaneous and transparent communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great minds and great humans at Peak Ace. They don't hire only brains. They also hire personalities that fit together and that match the company's value. I have no clue how they do that, but they just do.
Work-Life-Balance
It is an agency so obviously there will be some days when you have to stay a bit longer to deal with a last-minute customer request. But this is definitely not the norm. You are not encouraged to work extra hours, but if you do, you get paid for that.

Feedback is given regularly. Communication is always respectful and transparent. Well done.
Interessante Aufgaben
It all depends on your client portfolio and your level of seniority I believe. I personally didn't really feel challenged during my time at the company. And I would have been ready to step out of my comfort zone on a more regular basis.
Gleichberechtigung
No problem at all regarding that. A great mix of men and women leaders at the agency. And 50/50% overall men and women employee ratio by the look of it.

A very young team overall. And no problem at all with the older staff.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Amazing office, restaurant and meeting rooms. Hardware is fine as well but some laptops could have been replaced earlier. The IT was very well managed during the 1st lockdown for Coronavirus though. The IT team helped to set-up our home offices.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is one opportunity per year to participate in a social effort and take a day to help the local community. More can always be done regarding sustainability.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I was satisfied with my salary. I think it was fair.
