Sometimes I was not sure whether I was at a cool party or at an office :D (When it comes to open mindedness and interpersonal attitude. Although of course people take their work serious which is reflected in the tons of professional awards the company holds)
Especially on the Friday evening beer there is no more distinction between those two worlds. Same on the Christmas events.

Currently 2 Homeoffice days per week. And I never was asked to do over hours so far.

Diplomatic, regular feedback, encouraging (in MarTech department. But I had the impression that this is the overall culture. You may find older comments saying something else, but the company structure has changed a lot and has become very professional and well structured with well selected superiors for each department)

I haven't seen many, but those that I have seen seemed to be well integrated. Generally very young like most agencies.

Berlin office: Large office rooms with multiple tables. Height adjustable table tops, ergonomic chairs. Two Monitors. Themed meeting rooms. Food (meat. veggie, vegan and also any other diet on request) everyday for free.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Typical agency level (at least for Juniors), slightly above if you negotiate.
