The office is really modern. All the meeting rooms have a different modern style. Chairs and equipment is very good, an IT Bar always helps if you have trouble with you computer. You can choose where to sit since we have a flexible desk model. We have some chefs who cook for us everyday fresh and amazing food, vegetarian and vegan options, what else do you want??
Kommunikation
Communication inside the team is good everyone gets along very well. Every other month we have a All Staff meeting where our CEOs present us the newest updates, which is always very transparent. Sometimes we lack on communication within a project, since there is sometimes too much to handle and too little time to get all the info’s.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We are a great team. There is team events, Christmas party’s and Friday drinks after work.
Work-Life-Balance
Fixed working hours between 11 and 4, the rest of the day is flexible. Homeoffice is possible. Overtime will be paid and is rarely necessary. Worked in some agency and none was as organized as Peak Ace. :)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In general always helping and fair. Some projects need more senior support, due to lack of time results are not always the best. People who get along with the superior seem more likely to get promoted.
