sometimes stressful due to the fast growth of the company but no one asks to work overtime, you're given ownership and can decide yourself what gets the job done which is great.

salary is above market average but not extremely high. benefit are good (pension contribution, bike leasing, free drinks, many afterworks, summerparty, christmas party, etc.)
