Offenheit und Transparenz. Wenig passiert hinter verschlossenen Türen. Die Führungsebene scheint auch aufrichtig an alternativen Perspektiven interessiert zu sein.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Die Homeoffice-Regelung könnte flexibler sein. Montag bis Donnerstag fest im Büro macht es schwierig, sich an unvorhergesehene Ereignisse im Alltag anzupassen. Das gesagt, sind Manager generell offen für einmalige Homeoffice-Anfragen.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Gehälter für Individual Contributors sind eher niedrig angesetzt. Der Verlust guter Talente wird dadurch höher sein als nötig.

- Leadership listens if you bring the data and can switch their stance accordingly
- Willingness to change. No company is perfect but Pergolux has a constant drive to improve on lacking topics, which i greatly appreciate

More Flexibility - The company has an office first culture, which I initially feared but came to love and appreciate after years of working remote. Yet it can be improved if office becomes more of a choice than a rule.

Definitely one of the elements where Pergolux can improve. Steps were made already but would like to see more flexibility.
Company at times demands a lot and is still figuring out how to give back consistently and fairly.

Working at Pergolux has been a very positive experience. It’s a warm and welcoming place where you immediately feel part of the team.
One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the opportunity to grow — both professionally and personally. There is a strong sense of trust and responsibility, and you’re encouraged to take ownership of your work.
The team is international, highly motivated, and driven by solid values. This creates a dynamic environment where collaboration comes naturally and people genuinely support each other.
Especially in the Berlin office, the culture has developed really well — there’s a great balance between performance and a positive, respectful atmosphere.
