More Flexibility - The company has an office first culture, which I initially feared but came to love and appreciate after years of working remote. Yet it can be improved if office becomes more of a choice than a rule.

Definitely one of the elements where Pergolux can improve. Steps were made already but would like to see more flexibility.
Company at times demands a lot and is still figuring out how to give back consistently and fairly.

If you double down and give Pergolux your all and everything, you will get all the opportunities you could want. Pergolux could still improve on offering advancement to those employees who want to grow but not climb the ladder.
